SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, you can choose from available shipping options based on your delivery address. Shipping speeds and costs vary by location and carrier availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us immediately at ciaran@skyeperformance.us with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Skye Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police department and contact the shipping carrier directly.
